Music
While
I’m waiting to gather together enough tunes to create
a CD, I’m releasing tracks in the Weed format. These Windows
Media Player files (click here
to download the Windows version for 98SE/ME/2K, here
for Windows XP, and here
for the Mac player) may be freely downloaded, sent to others,
and played three times for free. On the fourth listen, you’ll
be asked if you want to purchase it, with instructions on how
to proceed. For more information on Weed (which you might consider
as a way to release your own music!), click here.
Here
are the files, with a little bit of info on each one. Click
on the title to listen or download.
The
Miami Beat - Kind of a pop/dance type of tune, with
vocals, guitar, and some fun samples.

I’ve
Seen the Future - A somewhat dreamy, very electronic
song with vocals and guitar. It’s gotten very good comments
from listeners.

Big
Dog - A semi-goofy danceable instrumental with big drums,
rave-type synth elements, and some gratuitous dog samples. A
remix was released in the German market.
Fly
There with Me - This song is about getting away from
it all, complete with samples of airports and trains. It has
kind of a downtempo ska feel.
What
Are You Waiting For? - This is another tune that was
remixed for the German market and has appeared on a couple of
compilations. Vocals and guitar, with a definitely modern type
of feel.
Goa
Girlz - This instrumental has a bit more of an ethnic
feel, with some evocative lead guitar work. Check it out.

Where
Are the Caribou? - One of the cool things about releasing
music online is that it’s no big deal to put up some demos
and outtakes. This is an old demo, but a lot of people like
it and said I should post it…so here it is.
